In this case we send correct size as your purchase but you would like to change please pays for return shipping. The policy doesn't apply to custom name and number items.
- Wrong size, wrong color and item damaged: If you received items but items has been wrong size, color, damaged (please give us a photo about mistake) then we will give you a full refund money or re-ship new items to you. Moreover in this case you do not need return items please keep it as a gift. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- Package Lost: If you have not received items within 45 days after items has been shipped then contact us immediately then we will give you a full refund money because shipping problem. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
