Return policy
- Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 30 days of the invoice date unused or uninstalled item(s) from your online order.
- All items have a 30 days warranty: If an item you received from our company is damaged or defective, you can return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after the order is placed on our website. We ensure that all products are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email us immediately. Please retain the original package for returns, otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
- Exchange Items: After receiving the item, contact us within 30 days, if you would like to change size, change colors then we can help you. In this case we send correct size as your purchase but you would like to change please pays for return shipping. The policy doesn't apply to custom name and number items.
- Wrong size, wrong color and item damaged: If you received items but items has been wrong size, color, damaged (please give us a photo about mistake) then we will give you a full refund money or re-ship new items to you. Moreover in this case you do not need return items please keep it as a gift. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- Package Lost: If you have not received items within 45 days after items has been shipped then contact us immediately then we will give you a full refund money because shipping problem. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
